Finance Officer

Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting practices, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to maintain financial discipline and compliance with regulations.Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, assess financial performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making processes.Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations and support its growth.Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.Liaise with external auditors, bankers, and other financial partners as required.Qualifications and Skills:Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.A proactive and collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous improvement.
