Financial Officer

Requirements:Qualified Charted Accountant and performance are driven with 3 years.

- Experienced in organizational management with comparative scale and complexity.
- A strong ability to lead, inspire and engage a team of highly engaged people.
- Good operational management experience .

- Practical understanding and appreciation of a sales/ service focused work ethic.

- Sound decision-making skills at a specific time.

- Strong commercial acumen with a good grasp of key financial drivers .

- Highly innovative with the ability to provide business strategy and plans in an uncertain landscape.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external affiliates and clients.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for the financial and fiscal management aspects of the Company?s operations.

- Tax and risk management responsibilties.

- Optimize returns to the Shareholders.

- Reports directly to the Chief Finance Officer.
- Assists on strategic and tactical matters as they relate to financial management and business operations.

- Provide direction and management of the Finance functions in alignment to the Company?s value creation goals.

- Contribute in the preparation of the Annual Plan and Strategic Business Plans that improve financial efficiency and profitability.

- Oversee the cash flow of the company and manage appropriately treasury controls.

- Protect the value of the brand through safeguarding assets of the company, both tangible and intangible.

- Oversee the design of a profitable business-decision-making framework from process improvements to change initiatives.

- Participate in the comprehensive planning budget.

- Encourage compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.

- Overseeing commercial decision making from tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis, etc.

- Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
