Fleet Operations And Management Officer

Responsibilities:Ensure the security of all DongMi's motorcycles including but not limited to arranging tracking for all themotorcycle within the fleet, engraving all their parts, etc.Monitor and ensure theroutine and need-based maintenance of the motorcycle in conjunction with thehead rider and company's technician.Supervise and coordinate thework of mechanics and auto repair shop.Always ensure that all thevehicles' particulars (e.g., registration, insurance) are complete and with theriders always.Track and analyze thevehicles-wise cost of fueling, maintenance, and other recurring expensespertaining to running of the fleetSupervise the maintenance ofall company vehicles, including the branch offices and other centers.Pro-actively monitor thecompany's fleet monitoring tracker for any inconsistencies with the vehicle'smovements outside the prohibited working hours.Send weekly report to Headof Operations on the health of the fleets and other related issues arising fromthe fleet monitoring system.Raise payment memos forservices provided by external contractors.Ensure and implement fleetmanagement.Come up with strategic waysto acquire new fleet to boost operations in a cost-effective wayAny other duties as directedby the Head of operations. Requirements:Minimum academic qualification of Diploma2 years of working experience
