Job Description
Act as the first point of contact with all customers and provide information to clients, regarding knowledge of company/ promotions, items in stock, and general information.
Demonstrate a high standard level of customer service and assist in managing the daily operations.
Promote and sell companies products, provide recommendations on additional services and/or retail products that would maximize customer satisfaction
Book/confirm appointments via phone & email and update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
Requirements:
BSc is required
Basic administrative, Microsoft office skills
Must be based on the island
Proficient in English (oral and written)
1-2 minimum experience
