Front Desk Personnel/ Customer Service

Responsibilities:Greet and welcome clients and visitors warmly and professionally.Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or team members.Schedule client appointments and consultations with our photography team.Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients.Provide accurate information to clients regarding our photography packages, services, and pricing both onsite & online across our touch points.Assist in managing client bookings and maintaining our customer database.Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.Collaborate closely with our photography team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.Uphold the company's brand values and image at all times.Requirements:Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & Google Suite).Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceeding client expectations.Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.Location:The preferred candidate must be staying closer to the office at Festac Town lagos
