Furniture Sprayer

Responsibilities:Prepare furniture surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and applying appropriate primers or sealers as needed.Operate spraying equipment, including airless sprayers, HVLP(High Volume Low Pressure) sprayers, and electrostatic sprayers, to applystains, paints, lacquers, and other finishes to furniture components andproducts.Mix and prepare finishing materials according to specifiedformulas, ensuring proper viscosity, color matching, and consistency.Apply finishes to furniture surfaces in accordance withproduction schedules and quality standards, achieving desired color, sheen, andcoverage.Monitor spraying equipment for proper functioning andperform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, calibrating, and replacingworn parts.Inspect finished products for defects, runs, orimperfections, and make necessary adjustments to spraying equipment ortechniques to ensure quality results.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; additionaltraining or certification in finishing techniques or woodworking preferred.Proven experience (5 years) working as a sprayer in afurniture manufacturing or woodworking environment.Proficiency in operating various types of spraying equipmentand familiarity with different types of finishes, stains, and coatingsStrong attention to detail and ability to achieveconsistent, high-quality finishes on furniture surfaces.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, andfinishing instructions.
