Head Bartender

Duties & Responsibilities:

In charge of overseeing the other bartenders'
performance and schedules.
Perform all necessary tasks to service
beverages according to the standard of performance
Achieve total guest satisfaction and
organizational profitability through effective utilization of all
resources
Work towards the timely set up of the bar
areas in line with the opening hours
Delight the guest by offering trend setting
and innovative products and services, contribute to sales activities and
assist in maximizing revenue
Prepare Store requisitions and Bar
requisitions
Handle members
complaints directly or refer them to Management
Extend prompt services to all guests and treat
guests and colleagues in a courteous manner
Duties include some clerical work and some
management experience
Head bartenders also must be able to perform
the same functions as the other bartenders
Restock and replenish of the minimum stock in
the bar as needed
Cross checking the daily stock control sheets
Arranging and assisting with the private bar
service for functions if required

Minimum Qualifications:
HND degree or equivalent
Solid knowledge and understanding of bar menu
and drink recipes
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a bartender
Proficient computer skills, including
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication
skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to remain professional at all times
Accurate and precise attention to detail
Ability to work well with senior management
and staff at all levels
Goal-oriented, organized team player
