Responsibilities:Responsible for developing and executing the company's technology strategyTake ownership of all technology-related matters to streamline all functions of the companyRequirements:A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in an IT management position of a Microfinance BankStrong knowledge of various Banking SoftwareStrong knowledge and experience with Cybersecurity methodologies and protocols.Experience with networking and LAN connections as well as servers and VPNsExperience with IT procurement and vendor management.Experience with E-channels, ATMs and POS handlingExcellent communication and leadership skills.Experience in managing cross-functional teams.Experience with IT budgeting and financial management.Must understand and show capacity to use different Banking software
