Our client is a private sector-led Tier 1 Microfinance Bank that provides a versatile range of financial services to low-income groups, micro, small and medium enterprises, and self-employed with entrepreneurial skills. Due to expansion, they need a HEAD OF ACCOUNTS.Job Location: Lekki.Job Responsibilities:•Providing back office services such as accounts payable, collection, and payroll.•Monitoring cash flow and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of day-to-day financial preparations.•Providing insightful reporting and commercial analysis to support management decision-making.•Managing the cash-flow needs of the company while managing debt profiles and investments.•Carrying out post-investment and expenditure reviews.•Ensuring that payments to vendors and salaries are processed.•Controlling budgets and expenditures.Job Requirements:•Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounts and Finance-related fields.•Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.•Must have ICAN and MCIB qualifications.•Adept understanding of Bank One.
