Responsibilities:Guest Services:Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality standards for customer service, cleanliness, and amenities. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively to enhance the overall guest experience.Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping staff, maintenance personnel, and food and beverage service teams. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and employee growth and development.Financial Management:Develop and manage hotel budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial performance targets. Monitor expenses, revenue streams, and occupancy rates to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue maximization. Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive profitability and market competitiveness.Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk operations, reservations management, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.Sales and Marketing:Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests, increase occupancy rates, and maximize revenue opportunities. Participate in sales and promotional activities to promote the hotel brand and drive business growth.Property Maintenance:Coordinate regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure the upkeep and functionality of hotel facilities, guest rooms, and common areas. Address maintenance issues promptly and proactively to minimize disruptions to guest services.Quality Assurance:Implement quality assurance programs and standards to uphold the brand reputation and ensure consistency in service delivery. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.Stakeholder Communication:Maintain open and effective communication with hotel owners, corporate management, and other stakeholders to provide updates on hotel operations, financial performance, and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align business objectives and achieve operational excellence.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, with a track record of successful hotel operations management.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.Certification in hotel management or hospitality management is a plus.Join Ace Building Upgrade and lead the operations of our hotel with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business success.
