Responsibilities:Guest Services:Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality standards for customer service, cleanliness, and amenities. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively to enhance the overall guest experience.Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping staff, maintenance personnel, and food and beverage service teams. Participate in sales and promotional activities to promote the hotel brand and drive business growth.Property Maintenance:Coordinate regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure the upkeep and functionality of hotel facilities, guest rooms, and common areas. Address maintenance issues promptly and proactively to minimize disruptions to guest services.Quality Assurance:Implement quality assurance programs and standards to uphold the brand reputation and ensure consistency in service delivery. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.Stakeholder Communication:Maintain open and effective communication with hotel owners, corporate management, and other stakeholders to provide updates on hotel operations, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.
