Responsibilities:Supervise work at all levels (receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, office employees etc.) and set clear objectivesPlan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating modelManage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profitsDevelop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel's servicesCommunicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.Carrying out regular inspections of hotel properties and amenities and organizing necessary maintenanceHire qualified personnel when neededImplementing and reviewing standards operation procedures to continuously improve of businessProactively seeking opportunities and ways to maximize revenue and develop service deliveryMonitoring employee performance and offering regular evaluation meetings designed to improve serviceSetting revenue and guest satisfaction targets and ensuring that these are met.Develop and communicate standard operating proceduresEnsure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulationsRequirements:This position is open preferably to a female candidateExperienced in Hospitality2 - 4 years of working experienceBachelor's degree management related fieldKnowledge of the best practices and procedures for customer service, hospitality management, and hotel operationsUnderstanding of all in hotels managementExcellent knowledge of MS Office and ExcelExcellent customers service skillsDecision making and problem-solving skillsGood Leadership skillsLocation:Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Remuneration: NGN200,000 – 300,000
