Hr Admin & Compliance Officer | Senior 5 Years Experience

Requirements:A Bachelor's Degree in social science or a relevant field
5 years core HR working experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Knowledge of regulatory requirements with regards taxation and relevant compliance issues is an advantage
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of recruitment, performance management and general personnel management skills.
Leadership qualities and relationship Management
Human Relation and Emotional Intelligence skills
Conflict management and resolution
Reporting SkillsResponsibilities:Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
Develop and review company policies.
Advise management on the companys compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk.
Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
