ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources:Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.Leading the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing orientation programs.Managing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.Administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Overseeing performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting.Providing coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure HR strategies remain effective and competitive.Administration:Providing high-level administrative support to senior management and the HR department.Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.Preparing and distributing HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; master's degree preferred.At least 4 years of progressive experience in HR management, with demonstrated experience in administration.HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment standards and labor laws.Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proven leadership and team management skills.Location:Rumuola, Port HarcourtHow to Apply:If you are a strategic HR professional with excellent administrative skills and a passion for creating positive workplace environments, we encourage you to apply.
