Responsibilities:To help develop & execute the company strategy for Industry (Gas & Oil, Utilities, Production etc )Point of contact for industry scaffolding inquiries in the Nigeria and neighboring country markets.Develop and build new relationships with key customers and other decision makers.Analyze market needs and active feedback culture for product improvement & development leading to Market entry strategy and business plan in Nigeria and neighboring countries.To manage all aspects of the project from pricing to presentation to customers including close coordination and communication with the Sales, Design, Material Management and Logistics teams. Develop Business with EPC customers.Monitoring & measuring of sales performance based on defined KPIs.Providing all relevant project information to other departments as soon as availableTechnical and commercial supportEnsure strong reputation of the companyDevelop a robust Erection & Dismantling provider network.Requirements:5 years of sales experience (technical) in Industrial (Gas & Oil)Bachelor's Degree level Education in EngineeringPrior experience with EPC customers is preferred.A qualified Scaffolding Certificate or appropriate qualification in the field of scaffolding would be an added advantage.In depth knowledge of the Construction and Industrial IndustryStrong sales, interpersonal & motivational skillsAbility to provide technical support and scaffolding solutions.Customer service experienceHigh level of energy and the ability to work independently.Excellent IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, etc)Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailStrong analytical, strategic & communication skills.Preferred proven intercultural and social competence. Strong work ethic, open and reliable.
