Interior Design Operations Manager

Responsibilities:Track all leads and support the sales process till conversionEnsure all departments comply with company policy and processesListento Clients feedback or complaints and interact effectively to increase patronage/ClientsatisfactionFeedfuture corporate policy trends back to managementPerformregular project audits to identify and correct design discrepancies with the Project and design team in order to ensure timely delivery of projects.Allocateincoming tasks to the necessary departments and track progress till completionRequiredSkills/Abilities:3 - 5 years of relevant experience working in an Interior Design, Architectural Studio or in ConstructionStrongcommunication skills with ability to influence peopleEntrepreneurial and Commercial acumen with the ability to identify revenue opportunitiesExperience in using software to track projects and deliverablesTheambition to develop a great career in Operations and to have the opportunity totake ownership of their own territory and make it a success.
