Interior Designer

Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, goals, and budget constraints.Develop creative design concepts that align with the client's vision and project objectives.Create mood boards, sketches, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.Select appropriate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials to achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality.Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation.Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects.Provide guidance and supervision during the implementation phase to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and materials in the field of interior design.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and client communications.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.2 years of working experienceProven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in a design firm or agency.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.AGE: Not older than 45 yearsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Strong project management and organizational abilities.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client preferences.Portfolio showcasing previous design projects and creative abilities.Location:LagosRemuneration: NGN200,000 - 300,000Join our team and contribute your passion for design to create inspiring and functional spaces for our clients!
