Holiday Oil is currently looking to hire an outgoing and energetic Inventory Control Specialist at their Corporate Office. Holiday Oil owns and operates 63 Convenience Store/Petroleum locations in Utah. With over 600 employees we are looking for a highly motivated candidate to coordinate the Inventory Control needs of our growing company.
Job Responsibilities
Manage Daily Inventory Reports from the Stores and our Audit Team.
Regularly review exception reports and make necessary corrections in the Auditor system to ensure accurate data is flowing into the accounting system.
Follow Up with Store Management regarding Inventory Exceptions
Update the Store Accounting Team with Inventory adjustments
Maintain documentation in Microsoft Teams for Inventory Meetings and Discussions
Track store Inventory through reporting, on a Month over Month and Rolling Year basis
Evaluate audit team performance.
Work closely with management and employees to improve communication and productivity.
Coordinate with our Audit Team to schedule audits and resolve issues.
Other Operations and Store Accounting Team tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
2+ years education or experience in a related field or job role
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of applicable.
Understanding Inventory Control
Proficient in MicrosoftExcel, Word, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Superior judgment and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Inventory Control experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP
Strong Excel Skills
