It Officer

Responsibilities:Respond to hardware problems.Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.Updatingsystems software and tracking data and communications used on their networks.Reviewdiagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.Implementsecurity measures.Monitorsecurity certificates and company compliance of requirement. Offertechnical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.Installand update company software and hardware as needed.Anticipateand report cost of replacing or updating computer items.Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.Respond in a timely manner to service issues andrequests.Providing technical support across the clinics (thismay be in person or over the phone).Set up new users on the attendance machine.Repair and replace equipment as necessary.Testing new technologyCarry out other duties that may be assigned bySuperior.Requirements:Must be a graduate, preferably in Computer scienceOne to two years of experience Workingknowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programmingExcellentproblem solving and critical thinking skills.Keen attentionto detailsGood organization,time management and prioritizationEfficienttroubleshooting abilitiesEffectivecommunication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.Great Customer service and interpersonalskillsCandidatesresiding in the Lekki-Ajah axis will be greatly considered.
