It Support Specialist

Responsibilities:(You will be trained)Prepare slot machines for shipment by installing software updates, configuring settings, and ensuring compliance with IT Standard Operating Procedures.Ensure accurate documentation of machine numbers, site names & addresses and promptly forward to Poland for Back Office documentation.Install slot machines at Partner locations,Prompt retrieval of slot machines ensuring all equipment is accounted for and securely transported.Manage the warehousing of slot machines, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper storage procedures are followed.Troubleshoot technical issues with slot machines, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems to ensure minimal downtime.Document all service activities and maintain detailed records.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in slot machine technology.Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in a field technical support role.Experience with computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting is required.Candidate must be willing to travel most of the time.Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance is requiredStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).Location:Must be resident in Enugu State, preferably Awka.Benefits:We offer a competitive benefits package that include health insurance, Life and accident insurance, paid vacation, and pension.
