Lab Technician - Site (Test Fdd)

Responsibilities:- Conduct a variety of tests on construction materials, including concrete, asphalt, soil, field test and aggregates- Perform quality control checks on raw materials and finished products- Analyze and interpret test results accurately and efficiently- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times- Collaborate with project teams to address quality issues and provide technical support- Assist in training and mentoring junior lab techniciansRequirements:- Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Geographic, Geophysics, Geology, Soil Science or related field- Minimum of three years of experience working as a Lab Technician in the construction industry- In-depth knowledge of construction materials testing procedures and industry standards- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent organizational and time management abilities- Effective communication and teamwork skills- Familiarity with relevant software and data analysis tools
