Responsibilities:The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting topographic surveys and land surveying.The Land Surveyor will be responsible for utilizing total station equipmentPerform building surveys and general surveying tasks.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Engineering, or related field4-5 Years ExperienceExperience in the construction or real estate industry is a plusExperience in topographic surveys, land surveying, and using total station equipmentKnowledge of building surveying and general surveying tasksStrong attention to detail and ability to accurately measure and record dataProficiency in surveying software and technologyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
