Job Title: Lead, Server InfrastructureDepartment: ITReports To: IT DirectorSummary:The Lead, Server Infrastructure is responsible for the design, implementation, andmaintenance of the company's server infrastructure. They will work with a team ofengineers to ensure that the servers are always up and running and that they areproperly secured. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background andexperience in managing large-scale server environments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:? Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensureinfrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements.? Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated trainingplans for infrastructure administration and project management.? Assist with the planning and deployment of infrastructure security measures.? Test server performance and provide network performance statistics and reports;develop strategies for maintaining server infrastructure.? Responsible for ensuring infrastructure and uptime and quality management? Develop and analyse IT security models, and maintains methodology to trackSecurity Plans for each sensitive/critical major application and a general supportsystem within the organization? Develop and maintain IT Security Architecture Plans by auditing presentconfigurations and communicating and developing security policies or plans fordata, software applications, hardware, and telecommunicationsQualifications:? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.? At least 5 years practical experience in server management in a well-structuredenvironment.? Professional certification, such as CCNA, Comptia N+, MCSA, Linux, ITIL V4Foundation or equivalent is an added advantage.? Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage.? Strong technical skills and troubleshooting abilities.? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.? Excellent communication and documentation skills.
