Responsibilities:The Marketing & Communications Officer is responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns toexpand the school's reach and potential customer pipeline.The Marketing & Communications Officerwill be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketingstrategies to enhance the brand image of our International school. You willwork closely with the admissions team to develop marketing campaigns,materials, and initiatives that resonate with our target audience.Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify emerging trends andopportunities for growth.Requirements:Strong understanding ofmarketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing and socialmedia management.Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.Proficient in using marketingtools and software, such as Google Analytics, social media managementplatforms, and email marketing systems.Ability to work effectivelyboth independently and as part of a diverse team.Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Passion for education and acommitment to promoting the values and vision of our International school.Effective interpersonal skills,with an emphasis on communication and collaboration with a diverse variety ofpeople and groups.Knowledge of computer networkoperations, Microsoft Office Programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, or othercomparable or similar software.Flexibility to adapt tochanging needs and priorities.Ability to meet deadlines,assign tasks, and meet established goals and objectives.Customer service orientedGood general health, clean inattire and professional in appearance.Ability to be punctual andmaintain regular attendance.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.Proven 5 - 10 years Experience in marketing,preferably in the education sector or a related industry
