Marketing Officer

Requirements:Bsc degree in marketing or a related field Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns, offline marketing

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital and offline campaigns that engage, inform and lead to sales

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Solid knowledge of Marketing differences of products online

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online & offline marketing and measurementResponsibilities:Plan and execute all digital marketing, offline (traditional) marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, sms, social media, website and display advertising campaigns

Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, online display, website, offline banner displays, radio etc.), exhibitions and promotional events

Sales and leads generation from our social media and website presence

Develop indirect online sales through display and promotion of our products and services on 3rd party e-commerce platform Eg. Vconnect, Jiji etc

Promotion, postings and engagements on our social media platforms

Website management (content, functionality, promotion)

Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with other team members

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, upload & update offers and optimize user experience

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Collaborate with agencies and other Team partners
