Job Description
Key Responsibilities;
- Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve company's revenue targets
- Recruit and lead a team of sales agents and customer service staff
- Identify and close leads and sales opportunities
- Act as account manager for existing clients including after sales support and customer care
- Gather market intelligence and deliver reports to management
Competencies and Skills Required;
1. Possess Bachelor degree or HND
2. 2-3 years sales experience in healthcare or relevant industry
3. Excellent presentation skills
4. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
5. Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
6. Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
7. Access to relevant contacts in the healthcare industry (will be added advantage)
