Mep Quantity Surveyor / Contract Manager - Expatriate

Job Introduction Adexen is mandated by a leading construction company to recruit an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor. The position is based in Nigeria. Responsibilities Preparation of interim valuations, applications, contractual notifications & claims Assistance to the project manager / commercial manager with drafting of contractual letters. Defending the valuations, variations and claims with Client and Consultants. Contractual advice for the project manager and the technical team. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree from a recognised University Master's degree is a plus Professional Qualifications / certificates in Quantity Surveying Solid experience with FIDIC and JCT contracts. High-level communication skills Minimum 5+ years' experience in similar positions in reputable organizations. Experience with MEP and large building projects.
