Monitoring And Evaluation Officer

Requirements:Qualification Bachelor degree in related field. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Have at least 3 years experiences working with NGOs in M&E field.
Fluent in spoken and written Kurdish, Arabic and English.
Extensive writing experience including reports, log frames, action plans, etc.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word programs.
Skilled in data analysis and data visualization.Responsibilities:Liaise with project management to collect data on population, legal aid programming, protection including CP, Child and Youth activities, registration, SGBV services and determine progress achieved by the different project objectives.
Write success stories regarding beneficiaries
Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures
Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output;
Recommend further improvement of the logical framework
Develop monitoring and impact indicators for the project success
Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results
Monitor the sustainability of the project's results
Develop and regularly review the tools for monitoring and evaluation and make adjustments to facilitate objective measurement of indicators.
Support evaluation planning and upload and maintain the evaluation plan

Salario: Negotiable
