Apply graphic design skills to create visually appealing and cohesive content.Photo Editing: Demonstrate proficiency in photo editing using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, enhancing visual elements and ensuring a consistent and polished brand image.Storyboarding and Photography Planning: Collaborate with the creative team to create storyboards for videos and plan photoshoots, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.Creative Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, incorporating innovative ideas into multimedia content to maintain a fresh and engaging brand presence.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and florists, to ensure a seamless integration of multimedia content into overall campaigns.Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all multimedia content, following established brand guidelines and messaging.Requirements:Minimum of school certificate.Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in customer relations, social media management, or a related role, preferably in the florist, baking or luxury gifting sector.Experience: Proven experience as a Multimedia Content Creator, showcasing a diverse portfolio encompassing both video and photography projects.Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing tools, particularly Adobe Premiere, and photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop. Familiarity with other multimedia software is an asset.Creativity: Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling narratives through both video and photography.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in both video and photo editing, ensuring a polished and professional final product.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively convey ideas and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Passion for Content: A genuine passion for creating captivating and shareable multimedia content.
