Nurse

Responsibilities:Observe client's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and plan.Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patient's record.Adjust and administer client's medication and provide treatments according to physician careInspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)Provide instant medical care in emergencies.Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for client and their guests.Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.Requirements:Academic qualification of BSc degree or other diploma from a nursing programValid nursing license2 years working experienceProven experience as a registered nurseExcellent knowledge of nursing care methods and proceduresExcellent knowledge of emergency careIn-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all timesA team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsResponsible and compassionateOutstanding organizational and multi-tasking skillsPatient with excellent problem-solving skillsLocation:The candidate must reside within Lagos IslandRemuneration: NGN130,000 - 200,000 ?
