We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Description
A successful Office Assistant uses a personal computer and a variety of office software applications including word processing, email, and file management.

Main duties include creating documents in Word or using predefined templates, forming letters and creating or maintaining files in Excel.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for operating office equipment such as printers, copy machines, fax machines. Serves as liaison with service and vendor personnel.


Requirements
If you have previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role, we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidate should have knowledge of office management tools.
