Responsibilities:Produce Print-ready graphics (letterheads, business cards, flyers, brochures, etc)Use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Use of Scanners, Copiers, Printers, etcUse of own initiative where appropriate or applicable.Requirements:Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative roleKnowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferredUse of CorelDraw or Similar software for Creation of Graphics suitable for print/pressWorking knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
