Details of the offer

Responsibilities:Perform general office duties such as data entry, Filing, Photocopying, scanning, and Organizing documents.Assist in answering phones, taking messages and routing calls to appropriate individuals.Maintain office files according to the years, computing all our compliance document according to the Order, Scanning these documents on the system to create a folder for proper save keeping electronically.Assist in scheduling appointments and meetingsProvide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.Requirements:Proven Experience as an office clerk or a similar role.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, outlook).Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Excellent Communication Skills, both written and Verbal.Ability to detailed and Accuracy.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Experience with Office Equipment such as Printers, Copiers and Fax machines bindings etc.


Nominal Salary: From ₦ 75000 To ₦ 75000
