Requirements:- At least a first degree in a related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years- Office management/administration experience, preferably in the automobile industry
- Supply management experience
- Budget expense management experience
- Promoting process improvement
- Inventory control
- Reporting and interpersonal skills
- Able to set priorities and multi-task
- Advance-user of Ms Office Suite packages
- Must be a hands-on person -ready to roll up his/her sleeves to get done.Responsibilities:- Office operations/administration
- providing general support to visitors to the organization
- ensuring prompt payment of bills relating to electricity, satellite TV and other utilities
- supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
- coordinating and planning Management meetings
- people management, including vendors
- facility management
- helping to organize and schedule meetings/appointments
- procurement covering Office stationeries and other administrative equipment
- managing correspondence, including channelling external complaints and queries to the appropriate quarters
- managing the budget allocated to Office operations/management
- projecting a good and professional/brand image in the front Office to customers
- any other duties assigned by the Supervisor from time to time
Benefits:- A range between N120, 000 - N150, 000/m (based on experience).
