Operations Manager

Responsibilities:Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiencyOversee the daily operations of various departments, including production, logistics, quality control, and facilities management.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with department heads to set operational goals and targets and develop action plans to achieve them.Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to meet production schedules and customer demands.Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization while maintaining quality standards.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.Requirements:BSc/HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.2 - 3 years proven experience in operations managementStrong understanding of operational principles, processes, and best practices.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Strategic thinker with a track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
