Job Summary
Our client, one of the top leaders in the Quick Service Restaurant/Outdoor Catering/Bakery and Events Business in Nigeria specializes in providing home cooked traditional African meals and international cuisine in its restaurant chain and outdoor catering services. We are looking for a Catering Operations Manager who will be expected to run and oversee the catering team in all aspects of food creation, preparation and service whilst building and motivating a team to deliver a high standard in food preparation and customer service. This role reports to the Head of Outdoor Catering.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities
Effective management of the team to ensure the delivery of both qualitative and quantitative results.
To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of catering operations and designated services to the client and organization in accordance with the agreement of the contract.
Innovate standards and best practices that help raise revenue and reduce expenses.
Responsible for the organization and inventory required to run the business.
Implement inventory management techniques to deter loss and theft.
Work in conjunction with sales and culinary team for seamless event execution.
Manage the Catering Operation with the available resources within budget and to achieve sales and targets
Cross-train in different catering positions such as Bartender, Caterer, or Event Manager.
The successful candidate will
Have significant experience in a Quick Service Restaurant/Outdoor Catering Company/Food and Beverage sector with a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
Have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in management or related field, Project management certifications will serve as an advantage.
