Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:Conduct regular stock taking and ensure accurate record-keeping.Implement effective inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and reduce wastage.Manage and maintain social media pages, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.Train and supervise operational staff to ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresMonitor and report on key performance indicators related to operations and inventory.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of stock management systems and inventory control procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Location:Agungi, Lagos.Remuneration: NGN80,000 - 100,000
