• Overseeing the purchasing of goods or services for the company • Scheule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports • Coordinate the allocation of resources to ensure the team has what is needed at the right time • Developing strategies for ordering supplies and equipment for the company • Manage and monitor inventory to ensure the company materials remains stocked • Maintenance of all company's equipments• Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding updates and details of goods• Schedule meetings with the legal department to ensure any contractual obligations are favorable to the company• Monitor Project progress and create status project status reports • Regularly review the company's procurement process to identify areas of improvement • Negotiate contracts and organize budgets to keep the company highly profitable
