Procurement Officer

ResponsibilitiesSource and procure goods and services required for company operations. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products or services.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.Collaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and specifications.Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to procurement.Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to communicate procurement data and insights.QualificationsB.sc or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.1-3 years of experience in procurement or a related role.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Must be between the ages of 25-27 and unmarried.Resides in or near the Lekki area.
