Product Designer/Product Researcher

Responsibilities:Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.Collaboratewith product managers to define product requirements and goals.Ideate,sketch, and create conceptual designs for new products or features.Developwireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.Iteratedesigns based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.Workclosely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.Maintaindesign consistency and quality across all products and platforms.Stayup-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.Contributeto the evolution of the design process and methodologies within theorganization.Presentdesign concepts and proposals to stakeholders and senior leadership.Requirements:Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor'sdegreeProven 2years experience as a product designer, UX/UI designer, or similar roleStrongportfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and impact onproductsProficiencyin design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma,etc.Solidunderstanding of user-centered design principles and methodologiesExperiencewith user research techniques such as interviews, surveys, and usabilitytestingExcellentcommunication, collaboration, and presentation skillsAbility towork effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teamsStronganalytical and problem-solving skillsPassion forcreating exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation
