Production Officer(Sagamu)

Responsibilities:Process and maintenance evaluationCoordination for production plan [with PPIC] – Planning, Production , Inventory , ControlProvide reporting [monthly]Development of S.O.Ps and comply with all regulation [ISO; GMP; 5S]Provide CILT plan ( Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication & Tightening)Project Progress Monitoring and ReportReview Prod Plan from PPICEvaluating process and providing information to PPIC regarding the calculation of material that will be consumed in the process.Evaluating process and providing decision/ judgement during process running.Provide monthly review and reporting.Evaluating maintenance activitiesCollaborate with related department for development and comply regulation [GMP-5S-ISO, etc]Recommendation of work concepts for more efficient and effectiveControlling utility needs for the production process.Problem solving of the abnormalities of utility machines and power plants.Make a maintenance schedule for power plant unit machines based on utility machine requirements.Provide monthly review and reporting.Arrange planning and the need for spare parts and utility supplies.Provide recommendations in monitoring predictive maintenance.Requirements:Discipline: B.sc/HND in EngineeringYears of Experience: 3 Years as Supervisory role in Food Manufacturing IndustryMajor Experience: Mechanical Engineering (1year) and Electrical Engineering (1year)Gender: MaleBasic Experience: Use of MS Office, Machine Operations / RepairsAge: 32-35Candidates should reside in Sagamu, Mowe and AbeokutaLocation: SAGAMU, OGUN STATE
