Job Description
Responsibilities
• Strictly ensure production output adheres to quality specifications
• Prepare schedules, organize workflow, set objectives, communicate them to employees and ensure compliance
• Oversee and coach employees
• Ensure the safe use of all equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Keep and present data on productivity, growth and general production performance
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
• Ensure availability of factory tools, and other materials for factory operations
Requirements
• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
• Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field (HND and above)
• Knowledge of business administration will be an added advantage.
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
• Fluency in speaking the Yoruba language
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
