Planning and organizing production schedules and monitoring productivity rates
Supervises test drivers and other diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify where problems exist and determine which parts need to be repaired or replaced.
Inspecting internal systems and controls to ensure the vehicle is operating properly.
Diagnose, supervise and participate in skilled and semi-skilled repairs of mechanical defects in vehicles.
Managing the production workforce and evaluating production forecasts, determining when new/additional equipment, processes, or shifts will be required.
Assessing project and overseeing production processes.
Determining and implementing quality control standards.
Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
Maintaining and managing production and maintenance record.
Deciding and ordering the resources that are required for production and ensuring the stock level remains adequate.
Initiating requisition for materials and equipment, and generating BOMs for production.
Provide technical expertise to the team members of BOS Workshop.
Organizing the repair of any damaged equipment or vehicle.
Collating and analyzing data, putting together production reports.
