Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Job Description
Confirm information given regarding designs, structure specifications, materials color, equipment, estimated cost and construction time.
Take and confirm measurements on site.
Inspect works done on site and give detailed reports to the director
Act as supervisor on work site.
Prepare site manual.
Act as the company’s representative on site.
Liaise with the customers on behalf of the company only on issues of works been done on site.
Taking measurements required for amendment and production purposes.
Work harmoniously with the Architectural and Production department.
Be proactive especially with information’s between customers and the company.
Act timely in dealing with issues regarding complaints by customer .
Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction and installation to ensure compliance with plans.
Consult with customer to determine functional and special requirements of structure.
Integrate engineering element into unified design.
