Project Manager

Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needOversee the maintenance and repair of technical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility infrastructure.Coordinate the installation, calibration, and upkeep of technical equipment and machinery.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any hazards or concerns.Maintain inventory levels for spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for technical operations.Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized technical services and support.Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and repairs.Respond promptly to technical emergencies, coordinating the resolution of issues and minimizing disruptions to operations.Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within technical operations. Utilize appropriate measurement techniques to assess equipment performance,energy usage, and facility conditions.Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders, providing updates on technical issues and project statuses.Requirements:ND/OND holder in engineering, facilities management, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or facilities management role.Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.Effective communication abilities.Leadership capabilities.Organizational and time management skills.Safety awareness.Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
