Requirements
Excellent knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
Must be very organized
Excellent negotiation skills
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
Knowledge of local markets
Must be comfortable working with data and figures
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in the food industry is desirable
First degree preferable. But proven work experience is essential
