Quality Assurance Executive

Responsibilities:Develop, improve, and implement Quality Assurance and Management SOP.Train, motivate, coach, and correct employees to meet standards.Formulate effective strategies to increase productivity.Set quality objectives and formulate strategic action plans to achieve and maintain excellent resultsOversee all aspects of planning, development, and execution of quality assurance policies, programs, and initiatives.Develop training programs, standards, tools, and methods for internal and external staff to foster a culture of quality within the organizationInspect the company's operations and services to check they meet health and hygiene standardsInvestigate complaints about environmental health problemsEnsure the company complies with environmental regulations and standards related to pollution and waste managementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years experience in related field Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to innovate, motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
