Job Description/Requirements
Experience: 2 years in target driven sales
Skills Required :- Computer efficient , Good Communication skills, effective team management , ERP Efficient , Multitasking capability .
Role & Responsibilities :
* Product introduction & launch in channel of BA, Dealers, Consultants,
* Team Handling experience of at least 10 person
* Data analyzing and Data management
* Making & submitting business proposals to channel partners & all Enquires
* Selection of relevant channel partners
* Responsible for sales of all product categories in assigned region
* Support for Maintenance & updating of MIS
* Provide full support for data management & back-end operations
* Coordinate with commercial departments for meeting product delivery timelines of channel
* Payment follow-up & collection
* Implementation of all BTL activities
* Reconciliation of accounts with the channel partners
* Conflict resolution & partner management
* Updating weekly & monthly reports
* Interface with commercial / back-end sales teams for sales related matters / order processing
* Carry out any other duty assigned by the management from time to time
* Responsible for monitoring sales support activities like submission of invoices / proposals / payment collection
* Collecting competitor information and prepare market study
* Retention & increase of market share for assigned product category in each account
* Handling capabilities of channel partner's teams
* Candidate should have knowledge of Power Products Like Solar On-grid projects UPS Inverters Batteries Solar Panels ETC..
* Excellent Communication Skills with regional language competency
