Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with applicable accounting standards.Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and journal entries.Oversee tax compliance activities, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring adherence to local tax laws and regulations.Coordinate treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and investment activities.Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies, identifying, and addressing any control weaknesses or deficiencies.Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during audit and tax compliance processes.Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the finance team.Stay updated on accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.Requirements:Master's degree is preferred5 years of working experienceStrong accounting knowledge
