Job Description
Support, direct and train whenever needed.
Identify the defendant's eligibility requesting Appellate Counsel’s SPD appointment.
Develop a system to obtain conflict information.
Monitor private bar cases and staff assignments.
Develop, open and close private bar cases.
Handle administrative transfer and other discretionary matters.
Give legal advice on product development and risk mitigation.
Negotiate and prepare legal client contracts.
Remedy documentation, transactional and global network management issues.
Review and analyze court cases and trial court documents under the project lead’s supervision.
Requirements:
Must have 6 years of experience post-call and above
Must have an analytical approach to help come to the best legal solutions for your cases.
The candidate must similarly be familiar with the state’s copyright and privacy laws.
Must have a degree in Law from an accredited law school
