Senior Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Develop project plans, feasibility studies, and design proposals in collaboration with the project team.Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate project requirements and identify potential challenges.Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.Coordinate with subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.Monitor project progress, track expenses, and prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.Requirements:HND/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Professional COREN registered status is required.Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction and project management.Proven track record of successfully delivering civil engineering projects on time and within budget.Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction techniques, and building codes.Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
